My wife and i purchased LTC policies back in 1995.So far all we did was pay our premium religiously.

Recently i changed my bank and notified the company. A form was faxed to me and i completed it and ATTACHED A VOIDED CHECK from my new bank. In completing the form (81 years old) I omitted one of the digits of either the account number or routing number. CSR evidently used the figures i provided when the 100% correct information was on the voided check which a competent employee would have cross checked.

Over the years we have paid the firm tens of thousands of dollars yet they would not agree with my appeal of the $35 fee.NO WAY TO TREAT LONG TIME POLICYHOLDERS.
